Therapeutic Massage can be gentle or deep depending on the stage of injury or healing that you are in. Your massage therapist will develop an effective treatment to address the concerns and/or pain that you are feeling and will adjust the treatment accordingly as you recover and relax with treatment. Our massage therapist also offer specialized treatment styles, such as cupping and Rapid Release techniques.
Cupping is an excellent tool used for loosening connective tissue or fascia and stimulating blood flow to the area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension.
RAPID Adhesion Release, is a new soft tissue, movement based, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in releasing tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
